Norman townhouse / private mansion late 19th century located 40km from the Caen agglomeration and built on approximately 4000m2, near Clécy (capital of Switzerland-Normandy). In the city center with all amenities, a large private parking lot welcomes you.
Suitable for business travelers or families on vacation.

2nd wing: 1 family suite (2 bedrooms) freshly decorated with its large bathroom, 2 double beds (160x200)
Terrace on large landscaped park with swing and apparatus. Barbecue available.
Close to tennis courts, municipal swimming pool and 18-hole golf course

The house was lovely, the pictures don't do it justice, Muriel & Godwill were really friendly and helpful the local area was really nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone

This house is spacious and comfortable! We had three families staying here (8 total) and had plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Godwill's office is in the front of the house, so he was always available if we needed anything. The location was perfect for the many different places we visited in the Normandy area. There is plenty of room for parking on the property and not on the street. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Normandy!

We really enjoyed our stay-- the house is even more glamorous than the photos show. Muriel and Godwill have done an excellent job with the decor and the amenities; they made us feel very at home. The gardens and the surrounding town are extremely picturesque. Thank you so much for letting us stay there!
