About this apartment rental
This fully equipped studio is in the one of most desirable areas to live in paris . The oberkampf area. Public transportation is dense with 5 metro lines at walking distance. Around the corner you will find the popincourt market which is a very active open air market open every tuesday and friday mornings. 3 excellent bakers in the same block ( even for parisian standards it is outstanding ) and an amazing collection of restaurants and cafes nearby. a great butcher and for the convenience of all a large supermaket.
The studio consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen ( including a dishwasher and a combo oven) , a table for 2, a very comfortable quality hotel queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a very large closet . the bathroom has a basin, a large shower, a toilet, a washer and a separate drier .
The studio lies on the back of a late XIX century buiding at the second floor ( third american ) with elevator and therefore is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open .
The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV and you wont need to pack a multi outlet power bar since there are about 20 outlets at your disposal.
The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.
The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just eveywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.
Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.

Great location , everything you need in and around the apartment. Close to 3 metro stations , but still walkable to many attractions . Was great to have a washer and dryer and lift. Host was easy to communicate with and we would definitely come back.

Yes!Oliver welcome us and helped us all the way. And he did more that he had to do. We enjoyed the apartment with everything we need. It was very confortable . And we had the metro station closer than the apartment , a wonderful restaurant Chez Gaston ,where we ate every day. . The people in Paris are kind and beautiful. It was a mother/daughter birthday trip to Paris and this apartment was perfect. Gem of a property and Oscar was a great host! He met us in person to give us the key and gave us a super quick tour with neighborhood recommendations. We never needed to get in touch again through our stay but absolutely knew we could have if anything came up. The pretty and comfortable apartment had everything we needed and we loved the cute stairwell, clean vibe, large bathroom w great hot water, washer/dryer, and gorgeous huge windows that opened over the lower level courtyard. We slept with/kept them open our whole time being ‘home.’ Friendly neighborhood with local shops, cafes, delicious bakeries, and easy grocery and metro 2 blocks away which we used easy daily. We loved it and would absolutely stay again.

This studio is located in a great vibrant neighborhood. The building has a small elevator so it's easy to go up to the apartment.
Trying to make the hot water last long enough to allow 2 people to finish was challenging. e
