Nearest beach is at a distance of 2 km, while the nearest neighbour is 1.9 miles away. The villa has 2 parking garages, 2 terraces with panoramic views of Split and the islands of Šolta and Brač.
Each of the villa's 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower and an LCD TV with satellite reception. Also each of 2 triple rooms has its own bathroom. The property is energetically independent, using its own water and electricity.
Benefiting from lots of natural light going through its large windows, the living room of the villa includes a sofa and armchairs, as well as a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and other amenities.
Villa Hvar is 2.2 miles from the town of Hvar, where you can find the catamaran terminal, the historic Fortica Fortress and the oldest surviving theatre in Europe. The ferry port is in Stari Grad, about 12.4 miles away.

This is one amazing property. with a beautiful view and huge garden full of olive trees. pure Mediterranean. we had a lot of fun on the pool and terraces. also it is very close to centre of Hvar by taxi. we had maid service every day and the villa is superb.

The property was huge, and the views as well as the home are exactly how it is in the photos. The location was amazing--we were less than 10 minutes away from the town center, and it was just enough to make us feel as if we were retreating to our own private compound every time we made our way back home--very luxury. When we were also given a quick tour upon our arrival and were provided a wealth of information for the best things to do over our stay. This was a family trip, and we were able to build enchanting memories that strengthened the bonds of our family. I am very happy with how it all turned out.
