About this apartment rental
The 50 sqm 2-room apartment is in a quiet location on the 1st Floor of a house with seven apartments. From a large balcony (all around 10 sqm, from east to south to west) you have a wonderfully wide, unobstructed view of Bergün and the Graubünden mountains with the majestic Piz Ela directly vis-à-vis. A garden space at the house is available for general use. The walk to the town center with bakery and supermarket is 5 minutes. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. The outdoor pool with a beautiful lawn is located 50 m from the apartment.
The lovingly furnished apartment is designed with laminate flooring and consists of a bright living / dining room (with double sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed plus a bunk bed, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (tub with shower) with toilet. The modern fitted kitchen has an electric hob with an induction hob, a refrigerator with a three-star freezer compartment and is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Storage facilities for winter sports equipment are located in the spacious ski cellar. In addition to a powerful WiFi connection, there is a compact hi-fi system with a radio and CD player. (possibly. Please bring aux cable for the connection of smartphones.)
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you want to bring a pet, we ask you to coordinate this with us beforehand.

we had our 1 and only rainy day in Switzerland when we hit Bergun. Franziska's place was perfect. She provided board games and a very comfortable place to stay. Thanks for having our favorite game Rummicube and scrabble. I give this place 5 stars and had the weather been better we could have done some hiking.

The apartment was really pretty and beautifully located in Bergün. Franziska had been a perfect, solicitous host that took care of us even from a distance, with the same kindness we've found in Frau Dorothea, the housekeeper. We had a pleasant, special Swiss vacation thanks to them...

Wir waren während 4 Tagen bei herrlichem Sommerwetter in Bergün. Das ruhige und authentische Dorf hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wandermöglichkeiten sind vielfältig und das Waldschwimmbad gleich neben dem Haus prächtig.
Die Wohnung ist gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Balkon mit schöner Aussicht sehr angenehm. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
