About this house rental
On the beach of Deveses, the longest in Denia with 5 km in length and a medium occupancy, is an authentic natural jewel worthy of the unspoilt Caribbean landscapes. It is the coastal stretch of Denia with more dunes. Direct access to the beach from the garden.
The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8-10 people. Large kitchen equipped with Office-dining room, another dining room on the outside porch. And living-dining room with sofa-bed for 2 people. Very bright rooms with new furniture. Television, wifi, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. You can park in the door several cars, the street is cut is semi-private.
In the area you can practice all possible water activities (padel-surf, windsurf, kite-surf, kayak, etc.), bicycle and horses. Several supermarkets nearby and a Lidl at 4 km (6 minutes). Pharmacy 5-6 km (7 minutes by car), bars and restaurants.
The Autocine Drive-in, one of the few remaining in Spain is only 1 km. And at 3 km there is one of the best karting circuits in the Valencian community.
To 12 km is the center of Denia, 5 km to the Club Oliva Nova with Golf and Equestrian Center. Very close to the Natural Park of the Marjal de Oliva-Pego and the Font Salada, natural fluvial pool with beach, crystalline spring water rich in sulfur with beneficial properties.
At 20 km the Natural Park of Montgo (753 m. Altitude), with spectacular views and good walking paths. At 23 km from Javea. The Cape of the Nao to 30 km. Other nearby towns and famous are Gandía, Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm.
Denia, declared in 2015 by Unesco Creative City of Gastronomy, is one of the gastronomic capitals of Spain, 10 km from our house is one of the best restaurants of the Peninsula and the world, the restaurant of Quique Dacosta with 3 Michelin stars. Its products: the famous Red Gamba of Denia, sea urchins, rice, fish, etc. In the surroundings there are dozens of good restaurants, we give a list of the best.
Other activities in Denia include: climbing the Castle and visiting its Archaeological Museum, visiting the historic center, visiting the Lonja in the morning, tapas in Loreto Street, enjoying the terraces of the 4 marinas. Hiking and cycling routes. Adventure tourism with risk activities that are advertised in the city center. To sail, in its modern ports you can rent any type of boat. Near Javea visit in canoe the Cova Carved.
