All advantages of the city in the countryside. Comfortable half-timbered Alsatian house fully furnished and charmingly decorated with quality antique furniture and rugs. A 'Kacheloffe' tiled wood stove complements the heating with a soft and authentic note for winter evenings.

A fantastic place to stay! Highly reccommend. A beautiful house, very clean and spacious. All ammenities - washing maching, dryer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, fridge. Close to bus stop and train station (both walking distance) Very accommodating hosts, kept the fire going when we were out, offered advice on things to do, where to eat, grocery shops, maps. A great stay all round!

The property was exactly as described and photographed. Mark and Helene are fantastic hosts. Hélène met us at the station and they both gave us a full tour of the cosy cottage and provided complementary Christmas drinks and food. The house is like a picture postcard inside and out beautifully decorated for Noel. We took their advice to visit some of the regional Xmas markets on the weekend leaving Strasbourg and Colmar during the less busy weekdays. We highly recommend this accommodation in Old Vendenheim within a short commute to Strasbourg by bus or train. We will certainly come back again.

We searched for a close location to Brumath for a sport event and founded this house. It was a great place to stay.
Haven't been really active for tourisme because of the sport event where we participated the entire week. But there are a lot of nice things to see like Strassburg.

La casa es muy amplia, decorada con mucho gusto, llena de recuerdos, y la vez muy confortable y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. El salón y los dormitorios son muy grandes. La cocina tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Al estar situada en un cul-de-sac, es muy tranquila a pesar de estar en el centro del pueblo. A pocos kilómetros de Estrasburgo, es ideal para recorrer la Alsacia. La casa es muy fresca en verano, nosotros agradecimos poder descansar en el salón después de pasar calor visitando la zona. Cerca hay una zona comercial con un gran supermercado, gasolinera, etc...Helène y Marc son muy agradables, nos recibieron con bebidas frescas en la nevera y unos bretzel. También nos proporcionaron mapas e información de sitios para visitar. Viven en la casa de al lado y siempre estaban disponibles para lo que pudiéramos necesitar.Es una gran experiencia alojarse en una auténtica casa alsaciana, con todas las comodidades y tan bien situada.
