About this apartment rental
As you enter our home through the back garage entrance & go downstairs, you'll find your own very spacious area that is private to you alone. The space is fully furnished & spacious, there's a 40" smart TV in the living room, and tvs in both bedrooms. Plenty of storage, too. The kitchen is complete with dishes, glassware & eating utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher & coffee maker if you choose to eat in. There are 2 bedrooms and both have queen beds. There's a dining room area and 1 bathroom with a soaker tub & shower stocked with towels, also, a stack washer & dryer for your convenience. Pets are accepted upon my approval at $10 per pet per day. Home away includes the first pet in their fees, for guests having more than one pet, a request for further funds will be sent in an additional request.

We enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very friendly. My one suggestion would be to install a safety grab bar on the wall by the shower. That’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

We were delighted to find this property that accommodated pets and the apartment was perfect for 4 adults and our medium sized pooch. While it is pet-friendly, one of the bedrooms is designated as no pet allowed as it is carpeted. The rest of the apartment flooring is tile. the apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable and we appreciated all of the amenities supplied. The large property and nearby bicycle path were very convenient and an easy way to get some exercise. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My husband, son, and I (and dogs) needed a place to stay for a few days after we closed on our old house, while waiting for our new home to be ready. This property is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Margie and her husband were very welcoming, and Margie was great with communicating. The location is fantastic! The reviews about Margie’s brownies are all true. They are amazing!
