This condo is one of the finest in Branson! Bring your pet and your boat, and come enjoy an incredible Ozarks getaway. Bright colors, deluxe furniture, lake front views, a spacious patio - it's all here in this first floor walk-in condo. We guarantee you haven't stayed anywhere like this before! This property is full of signed paintings by world-famous Branson entertainer Yakov Smirnoff, and you will love the lively stories of Yakov's travels that he has brought to life in his beautiful art. The condo is pet-friendly (please see note below), and includes free wifi. You will love the views of the lake, and there is a marina only 200 yards from the door of the condo.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to 25 lbs at this location and only one pet per unit rented. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines!
- Living Area -
The living area is very spacious, and there is an abundance of natural light throughout the room. We've included a sleeper sofa that is fitted with luxury linens, and there is a large selection of DVDs (including Yakov's comedy specials) and games that the whole family will enjoy. We believe that vacations are for making lifelong memories, and this condo is the perfect location to do just that.
- Bedrooms -
The main bedrooms are located on each side of the main hallway and are very quiet and private. Both bedrooms have an attached full bathroom, with the master bath also including a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. There is nothing quite like soaking in large whirlpool after a long, fun-filled day spent at Silver Dollar City. We have high standards for all of our properties, and this condo is no exception. We only use high-thread-count sheets on our beds, and both bedrooms include a flat screen television. You'll quickly see why our guests tell us we have the most comfortable beds they have ever slept in!
- Kitchen/Dining -
The kitchen and dining area of the condo faces the lake, and the property has been built with large windows so you'll have gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake. The dining room provides seating for six, and you can sit at the breafast bar for a quick snack. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal, whether you are warming up lefftovers or cooking a five-course meal. You'll love the full size stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and the granite countertops. There is also a washer and dryer in this property, so you can dry your beach towels before heading back out for another day on the lake.

The best place to start your day is on the walkout patio. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, take a nap on the hammock, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake. The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows. Our stay was so refreshing & rejuvenating in this absolutely lovely condo overlooking Table Rock Lake! We appreciated all the helpful communications leading up to our arrival, the welcome treats & the periodic check-in texts during our stay, to make sure we had quick 24/7 access if something came up. The property is decorated so beautifully & was the perfect place for a friend meet up. We found the condo to be well-appointed, comfortable, welcoming & the sunset views from the patio were stunning. We will definitely be returning to this location again!!!

Beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay here, accommodations were more than enough for the two of us. The host recommendation of eating at the Pour House was spot on, enjoyed a nice meal there the evening we arrived. Look forward to returning with others.

This condo was great! Very clean, furniture and beds were very comfortable, beautiful location. Sunset on back porch was perfect! Kitchen was well stocked. Yakov’s original paintings add an extra special touch which we really enjoyed! We also enjoyed being close to but not in the busyness of Branson. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

I wasn’t told about the resort renovations going on, which blocked off about 70% of available parking spots. Being disabled, I searched online listings for a “walk in” unit, which this was supposed to be. 6 steps down is not a walk in, neither is one handicap spot at the end of the next building. It was partially blocked with worker vehicles, making it mostly impossible to use. The front of our condo had ladders, boards, railings, saws laying everywhere.
We tried to relax in back, but with workers walking through the yard it was hard to do.
If you aren’t challenged with mobility issues, this is a nice condo with stunning artwork. Just feel it should be listed as steps, not walk in for seniors.
