Excellent accommodation. very close to everything. been to York many times and this wss the best location yet. Just a few mins walk from the minster and the shambles . tesco extra a couple doors away. loveky cake shop opposite "the York tea rooms"
although a very busy area the apartment was very quiet. the rooms are spacious and the beds mega comfortable.
apartment was very warm on arrival and cozy. even a little Xmas tree in the lounge. had a fab weekend for hubby's birthday and ideal for the xmas markets. Will defiantly book again

We stay in Minsters keep regularly. Absolutely top notch location, everything within walking distance of the flat. The flat is spacious, warm & well kept. The building is architecturally pleasing. York Boutique lets are always kind, friendly and accommodating should we need to contact them for any reasons. Check in and out is a smooth process. 10/10 from us.

Centrally located, as described with everything we needed and more for our stay. Instructions were clear and host was quick to communicate which was really appreciated. Would definitely reccomend.

Absolutely perfect location, right in the heart of the city and less than 5 mins walk to York Minster.
The flat was very spacious, the rooms are bigger than the photos make them look!
We found the WiFi rather sluggish, not great for using our Amazon Firestick with the TV, but Netflix is available instead.
The showers are a little slow to heat up, but are powerful and we were happy with both.
There are plenty of towels provided and the extra fleeces on the beds were lovely.
We will definitely visit York again (FANTASTIC city and there is so much to see and do) and would be very happy to return for another stay at this lovely flat.
