The villa consist of 2 apartments (in total you will have 120 m2 indoor space), one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both of the apartments have independent access.

→ 1 bedroom with two single beds
→ 1 full bathroom
First Floor:
→ 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 additional people + balcony

Myself and four others spent a week at this property where we were warmly welcomed by the property owners, who dropped by once or twice during our stay to make sure everything was running smoothly.
It is a very beautiful villa with a homely feel to it. There is a swimming pool there also which is a great way to escape from the heat.
There is also superb air conditioning which is exceptionally quiet. The cooking facilities are also in good condition.
It took us about 8 minutes to walk to the nearest beach from the villa, where we passed many restaurants along the way.
It is located only a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop which will take you into Chania town for only €2. The taxi service in the area is also very cheap for those of you who want to stay out a little later.
Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay outside the hustle and bustle of the town but not wanting to be completely isolated. There is , however, a steep off-road trail up to the property so I would not recommend it to anyone who is unsteady on their feet or in a wheelchair.
