Pet policy: Have your pet's vaccinations up to date and treat for fleas. Be aware that Tennessee has a lot of ticks, so check yourselves and your pets after going outside. We ask that you crate your pet when you leave it alone in the cabin and bring a blanket to put down on the furniture if your pet sits on it, though we prefer you bring the pet's own bed for it to rest on. Please clean up excessive pet hair if your pet is shedding. All pets must be leashed at all times while outside. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be requested to be reimbursed by the guest. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.

House was awesome the host was super easy to communicate with and the location was fantastic! The house was not super clean when we got there there was coffee in the kitchen on the floor both the coffee pots hadn't been rinsed out and the downstairs carpets probably could use a vacuum LOL but 100% no complaints because they got us in with a less than 24-hour notice when our other cabin company bailed on us! Having a house full of house cleaners LOL we noticed Dusty fans little nitpicky deep cleaning issues that might want to be addressed for future more along the lines of that spring cleaning! But overall a beautiful cabin we would definitely rent from them again!

Overall our stay was great and thank you for the lodging. While we were there you need to replace and update a few things. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes as the hot water is not hot enough to clean any cooking grease that is on the dishes. We had to heat water on the stove to hand wash and clean the dishes. The dishwasher is moldy and MUST be replaced and the hot water needs to be turned up to clean any dishes. When we arrived there was dirty paper towels all over the deck by the grills. The hot tub cover is disintegrating and needs to be replaced (it was like that when we arrived) and the water needs to be treated while the guest are there as the water is gross by the end of the week. Door handles that need to be adjusted so they latch are laundry room door, downstairs bathroom closet door and second floor outside door has issues with locking.
