About this villa rental
The Price includes:

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

Casale Cinque Valli is immersed in the beautiful Tuscany landscape near Cortona, delightful medieval town at the Tuscan- Umbria border. Thanks to its breathtaking landscape this house is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the silence and nature. Internally the house has high quality finishing such as wooden ceiling beams and functional furnishing which allows comfortable accommodation for 8 people. The proximity to the major historical centers like Perugia, Arezzo, Florence it will be appreciated by those who wish to discover the beauty of these towns.

Interior:
Casale Cinque Valli has two floors and a tower. The main entrances leads into the spacious living room with open fire place, and big French doors which have direct access to the garden. A brick arch divides the living room from the dining room and from there is access to the kitchen. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. One of the room’s has direct access into the garden via an external stone staircase. From the first floor, finally, a wooden staircase leads to the panoramic tower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the seating rooms.
Park:
The 1500 mq garden is excellently maintained and equipped with a dining table which is protected by the shade of a gazebo, perfect for dinners “al fresco” in front of the breathtaking landscape.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Open from the last saturday in April untill the first saturday in October. The rectangular shape infinity swimming pool measures 11 x 5 m with a variable depth that goes from 1,20 to 1,50 m and with access to the water by ladder. It is lined internally in PVC and has chlorine purification. It is the real "jewel" of this property, giving the sensation of being immersed in the surrounding landscape. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and table.

A beautifully kept villa and grounds. The swimming pool is incredible, we loved spending time there or just relaxing on the long chairs. The view is magical, especially when the sun goes down. Beautiful setting. Peaceful and relaxed, to recommend

We chose to stay near Cortona as it is a good base to explore the nearby countryside towns and we are glad it is a right decision. The villa is situated in a quiet part of the Tuscany. All the rooms are brightly lit by the sunshine from the rising sun and warm and we like this very much. Everything is clean and tidy from the pool to the garden. During our holiday we tasted a lot of very good tuscan products like wines and pasta.

We stopped at the Casale cinque valli property at the end of june 2016, we were amazed by the location and the tranquillity that surrounds it. This villa was spotlessly clean and with everything we needed, the pool was great for our children and us, just what we needed to have some fun and sun.

This villa is a wonderfully relaxing place to spend a holiday with family and friends. The generous, exceptionally well appointed interior, together with the stunning swimming pool and surrounding views are fabulous! I would thoroughly recommend this property as it pretty much has everything you would want. The house has clearly been built to a very high standard and in the most wonderful spot with panoramic views
