Small, simple yet comfortable studio for a good price. The AC worked really well which was important during the heatwave. The garage offered by a host for an additional price was a great solution for a car.
The cleaning should be improved. The place was generally clean but the patio, corners around the windows, cupboards, cuttlery were filthy. I think we left the place cleaner than we arrived. No cipe / mugs in the kitchen.

The coffee machine and the A/C were great. The fully stocked kitchen was a plus.
No toiletries, so I had to buy shampoo and soap. Wasn't that big of a deal, but it said that there would be some. At least there were towels.

Neighborhood is residential and quite nice and location is good in general, not too far from the center and the old town of Plovdiv. The garden is a nice addition to the studio. WiFi is very strong and the shower is very good.
Sound isolation is non existent. I heard the upper neighbors talk and watch television all night. The elevator, which is located next to the studio, makes a lot of noise. Sleeping in this studio was simply impossible. The beds are extremely basic and make a lot of noise which is annoying.
