La piscine, le sauna, le personnel et la situation de l établissement.
La chambre que nous avions etait très sombre (n24) et les équipements dans l appartement étaient minimaux (pas de bouilloire, peu de couverts, pas de serviettes de toilettes).

L'emplacement principalement
Cest agreable d'avoir une piscine aussi mais il manque quelques équipements
Je trouve que le prix est élevé pour la prestation.
J'ai réservé un studio pour 2 personnes, les équipements sont légers, il manquait quelques trucs dans la cuisine, tout est en supplément jusqu'au kit de nettoyage à 5€, pour le prix, un petit nécessaire de démarrage serait apprécié.
Les lits sont pas super confortable, ils sont assez mou mais ils ont l'avantage detre relativement grand pour des petites surfaces.

Modern, well-appointed ski apartment, with underground parking and easy walk to the restaurants and ski lift. We were there in the summer and the biking close by was fantastic.
There was NOTHING helpful in the unit - no soap, no paper towels in the kitchen, no dishwasher soap/tablets, no cleaning materials, not even a roll of toilet paper. For the price, this really hurts the value. And we’re expected to pay €100 extra or clean ourselves. Be sure to bring/buy everything, even if just staying a couple days. I wish the managers made a “short-stay package” that included those things.

Tipica montana in buona posizione
Trasandata e un po’ vecchiotta.
Check in alle 17.00 non prima . Era indicato in prenotazione che potevo fare il check in utilizzando una applicazione che invece è risultata inutile per questo facendomi pagare 1 € per scaricarla anche se era piuttosto una locandina pubblicitaria che altro . Ero arrivato alle 14.00 pensando di essere in un posto normale come sempre in giro per il mondo e invece erano le 17.00 e nessuno in struttura per chiedere info .
Alle 17.00 è arrivata una signora e abbiamo fatto coda per il check in. Siamo entrati in camera alle 17.30 .
Il parcheggio sotterraneo l’ho pagato 10€ al giorno anche se non era indicato come extra in fase di prenotazione.
In appartamento ho trovato una busta con le lenzuola pulite da mettere io . Non che sia chissà quale problema da principino tuttavia non mi era mai capitato. Sul copri materasso qualche pelo e ragnatele in camera .
Nessuna dotazione per le pulizie della cucina come detersivo per piatti o asciugamano . Nessuna tovaglia.
In bagno non c’erano asciugamani e sapone di nessun tipo .
Bagno piccolino e senza bidet, ovviamente, come dappertutto in Francia , anche se continuo a non capire perché …
Al check out indicato per le 10.00 ero un po’ in ritardo e mi scuso con l’umanità per questo , la gentile receptionist ( sempre la stessa e unica che ho visto in 3 giorni ) alle 10.10 viene a suonare alla porta sollecitando il check out . Dopo qualche minuto usciamo con le valigie e restituisco la chiave digitale e la signorina viene a controllare che tutto sia a posto chiedendoci di raccogliere le lenzuola e federe e portarle in lavanderia . Anche una bustina di spazzatura ce la siamo portata fuori negli appositi contenitori .
