The apartment was extremely easy to access, thanks to some very clear directions from the hosts. The apartment’s location was also very central and convenient. The elevator was a big plus because of my heavy luggage.

My apartment faced the street, which could get very noisy and resonant at times, especially around 2-4 AM. I was woken up by noisy, rowdy people almost every night. Also, this apartment should have a proper ironing board, rather than the puny one it has. It made ironing a real chore, unfortunately.

Our stay at this apartment was a wonderful surprise during our vacation in Italy. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old city center, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had specifically booked a place with a balcony for our last night in Italy, but discovering the hot tub on the balcony was an amazing bonus and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. This place truly feels like a hidden gem. Another huge advantage was the elevator, which made traveling with a baby so much easier and more convenient. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

There no negative aspects

The location was excellent, right in the middle of the old town and very close to a large 24-hour public parking garage located just outside the ZTL area, which was very convenient when arriving by car. There was also a bakery and a restaurant directly beneath the room, making it easy to grab breakfast or dinner nearby. Even with the restaurants downstairs, the area was quiet during the night since they closed at a reasonable time. The room had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, and having an elevator in the building was also very convenient.

There is honestly not much negative to mention. Everything was comfortable and convenient, and the overall experience was very pleasant.

Bed top sheet too small for size of bed. Mould on ceiling at balcony door.No change of towels during our week stay. No communication to us whilst staying.Rubbish bin facilities not great.Taps in bathroom/kitchen loose.
