good location at walkable distance to center, spatious appartment and has all what you need

The location was 15 min away from city centre of Vodice. Parking was no problem, the owner had placed a wooden barrier for guest, otherwise the parking slots would be used by other tourists.
Although the owner was living directly beside of the apartment there was no greeting and communication (small talk as it is common between guests and apartment owners in Croatia), very uncommon.
