Geçen yıl That’s Hotel Alaçatı’da konaklamıştım ve çok memnun kaldığım için bu yıl tekrar geldim. Otel çok temiz ve huzurlu. Havuzu günün her saati kullanabiliyor olmak bizim için büyük bir avantajdı. Tüm personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Deniz Hanım, Merdan Bey, Hakan Bey, Muhammed Bey ve ismini maalesef hatırlayamadığım barda çalışan beyefendiye çok teşekkür ederim. Yaptığı alkolsüz mojito şimdiye kadar içtiklerimin en iyisiydi. Kendimizi çok iyi hissettik ve çok güzel ağırlandık.
Beğenmediğimiz hiçbir şey olmadı her şey çok güzeldi.

The pool.
1- The language barrier: how can people who work and run hospitality decide not to want a universal language such as English to communicate better with guests? We had our google translate on go for every basic question like "what kind of milks you have?"
2- The overcharging of everything: we had to pay for the coffee we ordered at breakfast, and on every time we did, we weren't informed we were being charged. On top of every transaction, they take a service fee of no least than 66 Turkish liras.
3- The hotel isn't equipped to handle cash transactions: we informed them in advance that we were paying for our stay in cash, and as soon as we arrived, they didn't have enough change to give us back neither in Turkish Liras nor in USD, which they had to end up loading the room account with.
4- The breakfast: very disappointing spread of stale cheeses and sad little cups of spreads. the dishes stank of egg smell the first day, the egg choices are either fried or scrambled, and they both are served like an omelette, so go figure. We also had to pay for the coffee we ordered.
5- The staff: except for Ayloul and Denis, the two only staff (who luckily happen to be females too), the staff in general isn't hospitable or willing to converse in English. Denis and Ayloul were really warm, helpful, connected and invested in us during our stay.
