Space and facilities in the apartment. Position to the beach. Views.
Broadband didn’t work. And promises to fix never materialised. Couldn’t get Kitchen extractor working. Under counter lights dim. Bed mattresses need replacing.

Great location, well appointed and convenient as includes parking
Minor details but it’s next to a pathway. Would have preferred opaque glass as had to keep blind down which lost some of the natural light.

Only get partial sun on balcony for the morning, sofas, beds & bedroom carpets need replacing.
