Nothing, a few narrow stairs to climb up to room but otherwise can’t fault this place.

Great breakfast with choice of cereals, breads, juice, and Fiona was on hand for hot drinks and to cook up delicious hot breakfasts to individual requirements. We enjoyed talking to other guests over breakfast and sharing travel tips. Fiona was knowledgeable about Latrobe and told us about a handy foot path into town which we probably wouldn't have found by ourselves. It was a gorgeous walk through the houses and trees. The property is set in spacious grounds with plenty of parking and was quiet due to being in a residential area out of the main town (about 15 minutes walk). It's an elegant old house with character, and was a lovely place to stay.
I have a bad back and found the bed a bit soft, but I'm used to a firm bed and for most people this is probably not an issue.
