Both myself and 9 year old daughter absolutely loved it. Such a friendly,warm and welcoming hostess. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, right through to when we left(neither of us wanted to leave). The room was beautiful, and the bed very comfy. I honestly had the best sleep ever. The beach is literally across the road. Very close to the amusements, shops and bar. There's so much to do and see. Tynemouth Aquarium is only a drive away. I highly recommend for everyone(especially for families).
I absolutely loved the breakfasts. My favourite has to be the freshly cooked American pancakes with Nutella, they are honestly the best I've ever tasted in my life. The full English breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be booking again for May.
There's nothing that I didn't like.

The location was fantastic, right on the sea front an easy to find. On arrival we were made to feel instantly welcome. The room was nice, we had a sea view which was a bonus and the breakfast was fantastic!
It could do with a bit of a make over in some areas but that’s only a small issue due to me being a clean freak
