For someone who is a first time visitor in a country like Germany where English is not the common language, I would not advise to stay in an apartment like Black F Tower. I arrived past 7pm and there is no one from the management to assist their visitor. It's a DYI - Do It Yourself Check-in. If not for my German friend, it would had took me a long time to check in. They don't have 24-hour reception. If there is anything you need, no one to attend to your concern because nobody is in the reception. Rooms are not cleaned if you stay less than 1 week. If you want to have your room cleaned, you have to pay for it.
There is DM (like Watson Store) 400m away; restaurant besides the hotel but none inside.
