The rooms were clean; however, the roller shade in our first-floor room was broken, leaving a gap that compromised privacy. Staff were unable to fix the issue or move us to another room until the following day. As a temporary solution for the one-night stay, extra pillows were provided at my request to block the gap. I was later asked to return the pillows to the front desk, which felt inconvenient given that they were used to address an unresolved room issue.
Otherwise, the accommodations were good.
