Overall the stay and room were perfect. Only downside was that when I booked the room and chose the option to pay at the hotel. I was charged the day prior $151.04 and day of before arriving I was charged again $151.04 when the total for the stay was $280.05. I called and asked why I was charged so much and I was told the system made an error and I was not supposed to be charged twice and they were waiving the $100 deposit. We get to the hotel and I was charged another $78. I asked the front desk agent what the charge was for because I was already charged the full amount and then some. She explained it was the remainder for the stay and then I explained what had happened and that the $100 fee was supposed to be waived and she had no notes for that. So we spoke to a manager in the morning because we were promised the deposiy to be waived. The manager explained the deposit can't be waived under any circumstances for the security of the room to be in good order, which is understandable. She did however lower our stay amount for the inconvenience. I did not get her name but I thank the kind and friendly staff at this hotel for helping me out with my concerns. The room was great, clean and spacious. We traveled as a group of 3 but the room we booked is enough for 4. The hotel is pet friendly considering we heard a dog barking from the room across from us. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook a meal instead of eating out which was nice.

The kitchen only had 1 fork, 1 spoon and 2 knife’s. Only 1 drinking glass. There were plenty of throw away coffee cups that we used for most everything. I’m sure if I had called the front desk they would have brought up whatever we needed. There should be 2 of all dishes and flatware since there was two of us in the room. All in all it was very good. Will stay there again.

The friendly atmosphere at the front desk! Great customer service, the hotel is very clean and I love the ambiance of the hotel!!! I love this hotel!
