Beautiful apartment located in the exclusive urbanization Balcones del Mar, just 100 meters from the Rada beach, 3 minutes from the Marina and 10 minutes from downtown.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a terrace with spectacular sea views.
Amenities: Air conditioning / heating, WIFI / internet, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, large fitted wardrobes, leather sofas, dimmable lights, etc ...
It also includes a garage in the underground parking of the urbanization.
For stays longer than 15 days, talk to the owner. A budget improvement will be made.
The price includes:
- Initial cleaning
- 1 set of sheets per person + 1 for contingencies
- 1 set of 3 towels per person + 1 for contingencies
- 2 sets of keys will be delivered, for the convenience of customers.

In a great location - 5 min walk from marina and 15 to old town - the apartment is modern, has a spectacular view from the balcony and was ideal for our 7 day stay. The urbanisation also has a good size pool ( although it was out of commission during our stay because of a drought in the region) and secure, underground parking with an allocated space.
Overall we would highly recommend the apartment.

Apartment is spacious and comfortable with all the basics for a short stay. 10min walk to the port and 20min easy walk to the beautiful centre of town. Lovely view from the balcony and sunshine coming in most of the day. Secure building and parking a plus. Would stay here again.
