The personal was very friendly. The location is great. You can easily walk to the city across Augustusbruecke but you can also catch the tram. The bus stops are just around two corners, that way we got to the Claudius Therme in Rheinpark.
The room was big and had everything for a few nights stay. Parking needs to be booked but seems to be resonably secure even though it is outside. Our room was on the second floor which was not a problem because we only had some smaller bags but I can imagine that it could be a problem with proper suitcases due to the doors and tight staircases.
Breakfast was a bit simple for the EUR 15 that it costs but it was sufficient for us. You can always top up in the bakeries ;)

The room was perfect. It was really quiet, and the pillows were the best of any hotel I have ever been to.
Once I figured out the smart key thing, that was pretty great, too. However, the link to the app was never emailed to me, so in case anyone needs to know, it's JustIN with green and a white door on the app picture. Be sure to download it BEFORE you arrive. After that, it's super easy! I didn't have this, and didn't know about the app, but when I called for help, both I spoke to were super nice and patient with me.
Even though the room faced the street, I didn't have any problem with noise or anything.
Oh, and I chose the location because it was close to the Embassy I needed to visit in the morning.
I'd definitely stay here again.
The only things were the bed was 2 twins pushed together, so the seam was a bit uncomfortable.
The curtain didn't block out much light. So the room was quite bright all night.
I was not advised of the app to get the smart key before arriving.

No reception on arrival / however booking .con confirmed late arrival before 11:00 pm with staff checking .
