Room was clean, well equipped and very warm…
We as a small group purposely returned for a night cap before 11pm to find the bar area in darkness and closed up. The staff all eating in the office. Was told no services available even for residents. “That’s the way it is “ ? The girl was unhelpful and very dismissive. Shame ! The daytime reception staff were lovely!

Great Pembrokeshire location. On a fairly busy road but quiet garden at the back of the hotel when not in use for functions
The bedrooms are dated but well maintained and clean. Staff were very friendly. We had to pay extra for breakfast as this was not included in our booking.com booking. The breakfast was very disappointing and at £19.50 per person per night it fell well short of expectations.
