Spaziosa casa con giardino e dependance

A traditional, Spacious, homely apartment. Good facilities, great host and communication. Mario was lovely, there to meet us and show us around the apartment and gave us local information too which was very helpful. 20 min brisk walk to the train station, around the same to the beach. A good half hour walk to the harbour along the lovely promenade. Supermarket a 10 min walk away along with a pizza takeaway and some lovely local cheese and vegetable shops.

The bedrooms/bathroom across the caught yard was ok just missed a few windows to let in some natural light. Some of the Plug sockets in the main bit of the apartment didn’t fit our European adapters, not sure why. We had to use the sockets in the bathrooms to charge our phones, battery packs and watches.

L'host, il signor Mario, è grandioso! La casa è davvero spaziosa (noi eravamo in 9 + 2 cani) e ognuno è riuscito ad avere la sua privacy ma comunque degli ottimi momenti di condivisione negli spazi comuni. tutto perfetto

Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser Wohnung und direkt sehr begeistert. Sie liegt nicht weit vom Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Eisdiele "Kremmy" ❤️ Wir wurden sehr nett von Mario empfangen und durch das Haus geführt. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Auch bei Fragen war Mario immer gut per WA zu erreichen und hat schnell geantwortet bzw. weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig gestaltet (viel Platz) und sehr komfortabel. Wir waren mit der Familie da und jeder hatte seinen eigenen Rückzugsort, was wirklich toll war. Die Einrichtung der Räume war sehr schön (vor allem die Bäder) und besonders die Küche und der Innenhof mit Flora haben uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und der Hof sehr schön gestaltet, mit Limettenbäumchen 😃❤️ Super für ein entspanntes Frühstück. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei Ihnen wohnen durften.

Great location, close to the seaside, big garden that was very safe for the kids, and a lot of space - perfect for our family of 5. Super friendly owned that helped us with a Bagno and gave us all kinds of tips. Lovely people all around that were so nice and accomodating for us and the kids - as we’re not the easiest family to manage with 3 boys (1, 6, and 9 y.o.). Perfect garage to park the bikes that we rented, the combination of a house like this, bikes, and a Bagno is absolutely perfect for a family.
