We loved the outside space and the setting. The room was lovely and spacious. The staff were reasonable mostly. Likes the bar area and food.
We didn't like the room key not working everytime we left and having to get it continually reset. It was tricky getting wifi often. There were a couple of tired areas within the room - shower kept flooding floor but we worked round it. The staff was nice but not overly helpful at times with the above situations.

The bedrooms and bathroom was good size.
The reception staff particularly Sonia were lovely and helpful.
One of the rooms had a broken balcony door which wouldn’t lock.the pool area needed to be cleaner as did the sun beds. Appreciate birds do their stuff but the staff needed to be more vigilant in cleaning. Particularly as pool didn’t open whilst 11:00. Self service was slow. It took 2 days and 3 visits to reception to get the door fixed.
