A decent place to stay and use as a home base to explore Manchester.
The washing machine worked well and the extra drying racks were appreciated.
The multiple messages forms and information requests a few days before our stay along with the need to hit a narrow arrival window (to avoid additional fees) ended taking so much of our focus that we missed out on seeing some of Manchester’s sights in the short time we had there. There was no way to store luggage if we arrived early so we arrived at the requested time and missed a museum visit. The main bedroom pillows were very hard.

Location was fantastic. Property was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The sofa beds were not very comfortable and the blinds did not work very well. I am a light sleeper so I struggled a little, but everyone else was fine.
