The staff & owners very friendly, welcoming & helpful. We enjoyed our stay, the pools are refreshing and the surrounding gardens so beautiful. We highly recommend staying at Rambutan Cottages.

Charming older hotel with lovely gardens. Peaceful space to travel with a young family. Attentive staff and great complimentary breakfast.
Facilities a little dated (AC units a bit weak) and some may find the room layouts a little quirky, though not a major issue for us.

Staff were excellent. It had been expanded with more bungalows. We liked the large room and the very spacious balcony.
We stayed at this hotel in 2009 and found it to be in a bit of a time warp as there was not a lot of change other than the extensions. The beds in our room had dust from the ceiling and there were several cobwebs about both the room and in the shower recess.so it was obvious our room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The food in the restaurant was very average for the price.
