Family of five (two adults + three children under 12 years old), we spent a lovely week in Sarzana. Gabrielle has been a great host giving good recommendations and his appartment met all our requirements. Located in the historical part of Sarzana, it is really nice, and we enjoyed the evenings with plenty of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops...
It must be noted that you can't access the appartment by car, but the closest parking is only 5 minutes walking. It has not been an issue for us.
