We had room 201, which was really big. Fridge and a coffee machine in the room and aircon.
The shutters on one of the two windows did not open, and the toilet lid had come off and was just lying on the toilet.
A lot of traffic noice from the street, but we had brought ear plugs.
We walked back from the historic centre one night, and that stretch did not feel super safe. Uber/taxi is not too expensive though.
Several pictures on booking.com show a water boiler, but there was only a coffee pod machine w two capsules.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful, gave us clear instructions and sights&restaurants recommendations.

The location of the rooms is a 4-minute walk from Garibaldi Central rail Station.
a) The communication with the staff
b) The windows were not well soundproof
c) The toilet flush was not working properly
d) There was no cabinet in the rooms for keeping clothes
e) Water was leaking from the shower cabinet
f) There was no water cooker/coffee pot in the room, or services at reception available. No drinking water facilities or instructions received, even asking the reception staff through messages.
