2/2 home. Sleeps 10. Master: King, 2 Twins. 2nd Bedroom: Queen, Twin over Twin bunk bed. Living Room: Queen Futon. No Smoking. No Pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
Guadalupe riverfront 2/2 Cabin sleeps 10 with 3 kayaks, canoe and floating Dock! Walk into the brand new kitchen addition with everything you will need to feel at home. The living room has 2 couches and a futon, big screen TV with Roku, Netflix, Prime and local channels. Enough space for the whole family!! Large dining table with seating for 10, bar and coffee station. Seating area and spectacular views of the River. The master bedroom has a king size bed, day bed and a twin size bed. Private attached bathroom with tiled walk in shower. River views from the Master!! The second bedroom has a queen size bed and twin size bunk beds and is conveniently located next to the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. This cabin does have a washer and dryer as well added may 2022!!
The screened in porch is now fully enclosed with large picture windows and air conditioning, a great place to sip your coffee and enjoy watching the tubers float by. Plenty of seating outdoors with a picnic table, porch swing and lots of chairs to relax in under the big shade trees. Propane grill and smoker. Fire pit to roast smores! Walk down to the floating dock with 70 feet of riverfront access to pull out the canoe and kayaks! Spend the day playing in the crystal clear water of the Guadalupe River. The closest tubing outfitter is Little Ponderosa Outfitters which is just .7 miles away from the cabin. The perfect vacation getaway for the entire family!
Interested in fishing? This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River is stocked with trout starting December 1st! You can fit up to 4-5 vehicles at this property. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. WORD permit #L1364.

The Ponderosa Cabin was just what we needed. It had everything we needed and was located in a nice quiet location with deeper water. The cabin, backyard and dock were great. The cabin was clean and well maintained. Had a great time and wish I had rented it for a longer stay. Only thing lacking was a TV I’m the bedrooms but minor in comparison to what it did provide.

The trees, shade and location made this an exceptional visual paradise. Pictures don't do just to the magnificent trees. The floating dock is genius vs other stationary docks, especially with the river flow level so low. The house is positioned perfectly so you can enjoy the a large wide portion of the river no matter the water level. The floating dock always keeps you at water level.
The bedroom configurations can't be helped. We actually had 4 couples, no kids. Certainly wasn't a show stopper. The house is nice, I think you should go to a "No Shoes" policy. Rocks in the soles of shoes from the "yard" is going to scratch those floors unnecessarily. The rental in Colorado had a no shoe rule and a camera at the front door. The air compressor was nice touch.
Please pass on to the owner we are retired Air Force. Was fortunate to be stationed at Ramstein AB February 200 - July 2007. We traveled, then traveled more when family came over. We've got a few of the same photos in our massive "Germany" folder on my PC as you got about the cabin. Thank You for your service.

Place was clean and very useful for what our group wanted. We wanted access to riverfront and fun outdoor stuff. This place came with both and bonus corn hole and kayaks for your use. Little ponderosa even came picked us up floated down then got off on our dock. They came back later to pick tubes. Super easy! Only down side we found with no basic salt and pepper for cooking and if you have all adults hard to fit full 10 since people can not sleep together and have to share rooms. It would be better with 6-8 people or a few kids so the kids can have there own room. In all this did not take away from the experience since we were all so tired after being in sun all day.

House was clean and comfortable but not having laundry facilities was challenging. Also it’s located across from a loudish campground.
