The rental is weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am. For different needs please contact us by phone.
The price includes all utilities: water, gas, electricity, WIFI, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Gas for heating 15 euros per day.
The apartment is approximately 80 m2 and is located on the ground floor of a 2-storey house.
Once you arrive on site, you walk along a path adorned with flowers that leads to the large 90 m2 terrace. from where a wonderful view of the village opens up.
The apartment consists of a large kitchen with living room equipped with a double sofa bed with TV, 2 double bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other service with WC; and there is no shortage of conveniences such as dishwasher and washing machine. The entire space is covered by free WIFI with a speed of 100 mb/s
In summer, it will be a pleasure to spend hours on the large terrace dedicated to tanning or consuming delicious lunches based on grilled meat or fish, prepared with the barbecue on the terrace, or sipping a good glass of wine and admiring a wonderful sunset on the Mediterranean bush. And for those who love four-legged friends, it's not a problem, the open spaces are protected by gates, you can stay calm while your "friends" go wild in games and whirlwind races.
The location is strategic, in fact just a few kilometers away you can access both brand new golf courses and the new longest cycle path in Europe, from where the Giro d'Italia also started. Nearby there are both equipped and free beaches, tennis courts, paddle courts, paths for trekking or cycling.
Moving about 24 km we arrive in Sanremo, home of songs and the Festival, and an important Casino, we can then continue to Monte Carlo, the pearl of France.

If you are looking for relaxation, you need not go further than this charming village. Civezza is equipped with a pharmacy and 2 food/tobacconist shops where you will find everything you need for your daily life as well as locally grown products including the famous Taggiasca olive oil and Ligurian wine. Furthermore there are 2 restaurants: the 'Le 5 Torri' pizza restaurant which offers excellent pasta dishes and an à la carte menu complete with meat and fish as well as an excellent take-away pizza service; the Bar Restaurant “La Piazzetta” located on the main square of the town offers a breathtaking view of the valley, open all day, serves excellent typical Ligurian pasta and fish dishes, for lunch and dinner it is a perfect meeting place for coffee and aperitifs . The closest beaches are in San Lorenzo al Mare, 4 km away. Most of the beaches are sandy and free and you can easily find free parking. In San Lorenzo Al Mare you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and a playground for children

I loved the property. I stayed for two months and enjoyed every minute. Gino and Madelena are great hosts. They are available if you need them and leave you to enjoy the house if you like. The area and views are beautiful. For me personally needing to recuperate from physical and mental health issues it was the perfect cure.

La Tavernetta is a wonderfull quiet place, we had a great time to recover, good connection to w-lan and 2 nice retaurants. The pharmacy is also not far. Especially the people from Civezza are very nice, gentle and helpfull. We felt very comfortable. Many thanks to our great host Gino and his wife!!! Molto grazie!!!
