Pepita apartment , big window to the sea

Très bel appartement, bien équipé pour cuisiner. L'emplacement et la vue sur la mer sont incroyables avec de magnifique, couchers de soleil. La grosse fenêtre (qui est en fait une mini porte patio) donne sur un passage piétonnier (cela implique que les passants peuvent nous voir si les rideaux sont ouverts), mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour profiter de cette magnifique vue en prenant l'apéro juste devant la porte patio. Endroit tranquille à proximité du centre. Nous recommandons l'utilisation du déshumidificateur et de la Thermopompe fournis dés l'arrivée pour un confort accru pour contrôler l'humidité. Nous recommandons vivement et hébergement.

El apartamento es muy bonito, aprovechando paredes rústicas, parece una medio cueva. Es fresco y espacioso. La habitacion , sin puerta, tiene una cama muy cómoda. Un baño correcto y tiene una cocina con microondas, cafetera, nevera, placa etc. Y tiene un gran ventanal puerta que da a un paseo estrecho que bordea esta zona justo encima del acantilado. A unos 20 metros hay una placita con muy bonitas vistas donde puedes pasar un rato relajante. Roberto vino a esperarnos a la estación y nos acompañó para instalarnos, muy amable.

En general nada, solo decir que hay una pequeña tirada desde el tunel de la estación, y desde la zona portuaria, y que es ligeramente cuesta arriba... Es Manarola !! Hay que contar con que hay que subir unas veces y bajar otras..

Great location, size of the apartment, and very unique. I loved the interior stone. Great facilities in kitchen and bathroom. Exceptional service from our host, we were able to get to the apartment very easy thanks to him.

I think I assumed the big open window was to a private patio not the public walkway. It didn’t matter too much since we did not spend our days hanging out in the apartment. The shower was very small and no place to put our toiletries. No tissues.

Location was fantastic - a beautiful view outside! The hosts were very accomodating and helpful, especially when we had noise issues with our neighbours - the apartment upstairs also managed by the same host (the host refunded 50% of our night’s accomodation as compensation). Roberto was also very kind and provided a local pass to obtain discounts during our stay.

The apartment is musky and very cold. The ventilation is an issue. The noise from the apartment upstairs was an issue - you can hear the other guests walking, moving furniture which is very loud in the apartment below.
