Two rooms, plenty of space. Perfect location. Clean. Nice bathroom. Quiet during the night.
We had the ground floor suite, very convenient, but we could not lock the windows. A lock box would also be nice.

It was a beautiful building with modern amenities. The room was beautiful. Very big comfortable bed and a sofa, breakfast table, fridge, coffee machine and tv.The bathroom was very modern with a really good shower and constant hot water. Breakfast was delivered to the room and it was huge with a good variety of breads, croissants, fruit, yogurt, butter, jam, meats,cheese, boiled eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. The host Fred could not do enough to make us feel welcome and answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Het Waterhof to anyone looking for an upmarket central B&B in Leiden

The host, the location, comfortable bed and apt furnishings, shower, cleanliness, history that our host shared, the beautiful building, breakfast.
The absence of 2 luggage racks for our bags.

Our hosts, Fred and Marion, were wonderful! They helped us with questions, visited and made us feel so welcome, and made our stay even better. The apartment was spacious and very well laid out - plenty of room and great amenities.
