L'appartement est très bien équipé et au rez-de-chaussée. Parking est facilement disponible. Le jardin est très joli. Il y a des restaurants et des petits magasins très proche.
L'accès au jardin est avec beaucoup des escaliers. L'appartement a une seule fenêtre pour la chambre sans vue.
