The peace and quiet and the location—within walking distance of the Domaine de Vermoise
Hygiene: The sheets on the mattress of the bed in the bedroom and on the mattress of the sofa bed had clearly not been changed. Not adequately equipped for the maximum number of people (5): We had paid extra per person per night for additional guests—for a total amount higher than what we would have paid if we had booked through Booking.com. Nevertheless, there were not enough towels, pillows, and sheets. There are 4 chairs, not 5; no dish towels, no dish soap, and no guest towels. The address listed on Booking.com is incorrect: the house is not in Saint Maure, route de Vermoise, but in Saint Benoît sur Seine, 20 rue des Coulideaux. Why not mention this right away? The iron was there, but the ironing board had no cover: I was given a sheet to cover the metal grid of the board so I could properly iron my clothes..
