Everything was perfect.

The location was exceptionally convenient and aesthetically pleasing. The bedding provided a comfortable experience, and the heating system operated flawlessly.
The breakfast offering does not align with its price point, particularly for a buffet service. We observed that the bread rolls were stale, and the brie cheese appeared dry with yellow discoloration, which significantly detracted from its appeal. Furthermore, the overall cost of £18 for standard scrambled eggs and sausage seems excessive. Upon our arrival, the reception experience was unsatisfactory, as the staff appeared to be overwhelmed and somewhat inconvenienced by our presence, which created an unfavorable initial impression. Additionally, the room lacked essential amenities such as slippers, and the floor was noticeably dusty. The absence of bin liners in the waste receptacles was also observed, and we had anticipated the provision of a complimentary bottle of water in the refrigerator.

Gorgeous place! Great location just a short walk from the main city area. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and beautiful.
Parking was a bit sparse - it’s a first in, first served situation in quite a small car park area.

No information in room regarding the hotel ie breakfast arrangements, fire, check out
Dry air heat in rooms. Impossible to turn off overnight which was noisy and very ‘drying’. Lowest temperature was 18. This made for Dry uncomfortable sleepless nights.
Two identical pillows provided for each person which were uncomfortable and flat. Better to offer alternatives.
Lighting in bedroom was terrible. No main lights just soft mood lighting bedside lamps and other lamp and around tv. Struggled to see clearly when dressing and packing.
Bedroom lights were great.
All Reception staff were professional however this felt very fake and a bit staged. There were no friendly conversations.
