Location near the lake.
Humidity in the apartment, lack of basic toiletries, old bed sheets, general lack of effort for the customers. Example: The owner parked his big car on the parking spot which is exactly in front of the apartment I was staying in. I was left with a tiny spot I couldn't fit in. At first I thought that a big car belonged to some guests so I didn't complain, but I was disappointed to realise that he finds his commodity more important than the commodity of the guests. It generally looks very different on the photos and there are other offers with the similar price that I should have opted for.
