Les installations sont très accessibles et propres. Les enfants ont adoré la salle de jeux. L’espace wellness est idéal, moderne et les vues depuis la piscine à couper le souffle.

Modern, spotless and perfect for a family stay.
The only negative was the Hot Tub was warm ( just ) not Hot! Set at 35 is too cold when open for long periods. I know several have said the same but they need to turn it up when advertising a Hot Tub.

The apartment was big and well equipped. The pool and sauna etc were great, although they be pool water was quite cold. The beds were very comfy and having two bathrooms was very useful. the view of the mountains was gorgeous, however this was spoiled as there were building materials piled up in front of our terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This property is not finished; there were huge containers, piles of excavated earth and building materials piled up in front of the apartments which significantly hindered the view from ground floor apartments like ours. The apartment was not clean when we arrived - there was builders’ dust everywhere and the bathrooms smelled badly. The Wifi doesn’t work at all outside of the reception - a big problem in 2023!! the company rely completely on the guests to clean the kitchens, this is not reliably hygienic. the areas around the apartments are very muddy which creates dirt in all common areas. The ski lockers are not heated so we had cold and sometimes wet boots in the morning. The ski bus didn’t stop for us on any morning. We had to either walk up a dangerous road with no walkway or drive up to the lifts - not as advertised. This apartment is advertised as having a bar and tapas area - this was closed all week and there was nowhere to buy food or drinks in walking distance.
