About this house rental
Granite kitchen. LIving room opens into dining space and kitchen. 2 bedrooms upstairs each with its own bathroom. Plenty of closet space. Washer/Dryer upstairs between bedrooms is great. As you can see in the picture, upstairs bathroom #2 is not nearly as big as the other bathroom upstairs but has a full bath. Flat screens in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi throughout. No cumbersome checkout instructions. My team has it and all you need do is depart.

Great restaurants, retail and bars nearby on Masters famous Washington Rd. But far enough away from Washington so it’s not loud.
Plenty of parking in front of these townhomes. The entrance to the parking area for the Townhomes has a silly pothole the HOA won’t let me fix but stay to the right and it’s fine.
This great access to all Washington Rd has to offer but 3/4 of a mile off of it so it’s quiet.

5. No smoking/fires on the premise whatsoever

We came for just one day (two nights) at The Masters and couldn't ask for a better location and a nice place to stay! We would definitely check into this location if lucky enough to be able to attend The Masters again.

The condo and location were perfect! AC had some issues at the onset of the 3-week stay, but it was quickly resolved. Communication was outstanding with the property managers. We would stay here again!
