The property is located in the Arrild Ferieby holiday resort, known for its family-friendly atmosphere and wide range of activities. Built in 2006, the house is furnished with high-quality, comfortable furniture. The kitchen is open to the living room, which features a wood-burning stove and direct access to a large terrace with garden furniture and a grill. The main bathroom includes underfloor heating, a shower, a whirlpool, and direct access to the private sauna. The house has three bedrooms with ample storage space, ideal for families. The property sits on a fenced plot, making it safe and suitable for children. Guests at Arrild Ferieby can enjoy numerous activities for all ages, including free access to the child-friendly swimming pool with a long water slide. The resort also offers two large fishing lakes, a mini golf course with international holes, a roller skating rink, tennis court, boccia court, playground, soccer field, and an on-site restaurant. With its combination of modern comfort, wellness facilities, and access to a variety of leisure activities, this holiday home is perfect for families or groups looking for an active yet relaxing vacation. The terrace and garden areas provide plenty of space for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or enjoying an evening barbecue. No rentals to youth groups are allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Everything was quite satisfactory, The house had a good layout with three bedrooms, which worked well for our group, We didn’t have any major issues, and the Wi-Fi was reliable enough for our needs, A solid choice for a group vacation,

We enjoyed our time here! The space was perfect for our group of six, and having a pet-friendly option was a huge win, The living area was cozy and the garden was nice to hang out in, A few minor things like the heating not being super efficient initially, but the owner fixed it quickly, Would definitely come back!
