It was very new and clean. Very good space and vibe.
The bathroom door hitting into the toilet was the only thing was was uncomfortable

The room was spacious and the pool furniture was nice. The shower and the coffee machine were the best things in this place. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked pretty well.
Not a Family place/Not a child-friendly atmosphere.
In spite of its name, there is nothing luxurious about the apartments.
The place lacks privacy and it fails to provide a sense of relaxation or even an enjoyable environment. The garden and the two pools are fine but a bit small, it would be much better to simply have a big pool with more garden space available.
The reception office is in the pool area, this is a little glass box room that looks straight into the garden/pool area, and the manager sits there all day. Sometimes he sits at the garden tables next to the pool. This makes you feel like you are under constant supervision as essentially you are being watched by him all day. Also, he often leaves his office to tell the children off for playing too loud in the pool area, for jumping, diving or sliding into the pool, as none of these activities are permitted in the pool area. The flooring around the pool is incredibly slippery so walking around it is very dangerous. Several children suffered painful falls. This makes the overall experience of staying here very awkward and uncomfortable.
They should consider making the place an 'only-adults' accommodation as the cost per night is rather expensive.
The kitchen is nicely put together but too small, therefore, not very functional. The fridge is tiny and not apt to store a significant amount of shopping, it can barely fit a bottle of wine and a couple of water bottles.
There is no cleaner or staff that can help after 4 p.m. so trying to get towels, toilet roll, coffee or shampoo after this time is difficult. (The manager stays at reception from 8 am to 9 pm supervising only so he won't help if something is needed)
There is no restaurant or cafe on-site but only a delivery menu, though mini markets, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The problem with that is that it makes the place extremely noisy during the night as it gets very busy in the area and you can hear everything!
