Located 2 miles from ND campus (5 mins) in a quiet - safe family neighborhood. Door steps to ND and Potawamni Zoo. Completely Newley renovated 3 Bedroom + 1 Bath home with all NEW amenities to feel at home. Sleeps 6. Billiard room with pool table and dart board and TV. Every room has queen beds with TV's. Everything in the home is NEW. Yes Everything! Theres also a railroad tracks behind the house which you will hear, trains going by hourly and daily which is pretty cool to see trains. Huge back yard with porch and fire pit, volleyball net and games. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Wheel Chair access ramp in garage. Came in for the Notre Dame Football game, the house was perfect, layout was great with game room. Super clean, great bedroom space and proximity to campus! Will stay here again! Great communication with owner and easy check in/out process.
