5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

This condo was great for our annual family spring break trip! The master bedroom with all of the different sleeping arrangements was a huge hit. The resort had so many different amenities that we did not have to leave really to do anything with the kiddos. We loved it.

Family vacation, we always stay at the caribe. This is our 1st time staying at this unit. It was clean, but could use some updates. The sides of the cabinets are peeling off, the cook top was cracked, and we did find some bugs on 2 different days. Which we contacted the rental property about so they could send pest control.

Spacious, visually pleasing and we loved it! But....first room to the left had a dirty towel and a vape under the bed. Kitchen drawer had open pack of cookies in it, bottom of freezer was dirty, pantry dirty and bottom of wine cooler dirty. Coffee pot needs replacing.
