Great location, clean, cosy, well equipped apartments. Loved that you could order fresh bread and pastries from the bakery for breakfast.

Great location and next to the ski lift. Walkable to the centre of town for restaurants
The receptionist staff were rude and unhelpful. For example they told me they were too busy to provide me an extra room card key but no other guest was at reception
Also we were disappointed with the spa area. No towels available or shower gel or shampoo for the showers
And also we weren't aware breakfast was so expensive until we checked out. 25 euros was very over priced for what we got

Nice standard clean and good beds
Pillows are not great, need 2 pp, not enough for 3 people.
No mention of 20 % discount when booking which you could get off skiing hire at intersport so we missed out.
Sometimes little things matter like an apartment for 3 people only leaving 2 tea bags a day or not saying when you book you cant order bread on the first day because the order goes in at 2 and you don't check in until 4 or 5 so its like your first morning there with no food in the cupboard and no bread available. Really unhelpful

Comfortable hotel, conveniently situated for the ski lift and with an Intersport ski hire shop in the building. Easy to walk into town, and a short walk from the nearest supermarket
It seems more geared to efficiency and profitability than really looking after its guests. It's the only '5 star' hotel I've stayed in where I have had to strip the beds and clean the toilet at the end of my stay! The kitchen in the junior suite is rather small and lacks anywhere to put things down - in fact the whole apartment would greatly benefit from a lot more hooks. When we arrived early, the staff refused to give us the key for the ski locker, although the previous people had checked out. It seemed that they would much rather inconvenience their guests than run the small risk of inconveniencing themselves in the unlikely event of having to give us a different apartment. In a smaller, family-run establishment, they would definitely have made more of an effort to make us feel welcome.
