This bright, cozy coach house is your ideal base in Oak Park. It was originally the coachman's quarters behind a 1909 Prairie-style house, now converted into modern guest lodging.
The coach house is above the garage at the end of a long driveway (free parking included!) on a quiet street, in the heart of the Frank Lloyd Wright district. It's a short walk from the FLW home and studio, Ernest Hemingway's birthplace, vibrant downtown Oak Park, and trains to downtown Chicago.

Cute place in a great neighborhood, 4 blocks from our granddaughters who we were there to visit. Host was very attentive before, during and after our stay. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful coach house and wonderful hosts! Andy and Lia have created a lovely space in Oak Park. The space was exactly as described and very comfortable and clean. Easy walking through beautiful neighborhoods to downtown Oak Park. The booking process was easy with Andy and Lia responding quickly and answering all my questions. I would definitely book again. Thank you, Andy and Lia!

Although quite small, the place is cute. There are some important elements in place to assure a comfortable stay, such as good lighting, good water temperature and appliances in good working condition.
We are very familiar with the town, that's the reason for our choice, especially available parking.
Sadly, the place wasn't clean. Dirty fridge and furniture very dusty. Too bad.
