Struttura molto pulita, davvero pulitissima e ben curata. Bel posto, confortevole e piacevole, nulla da dire sulla pulizia e sull’alloggio in generale.
Unico piccolo consiglio: sarebbe utile lasciare una bottiglia d’acqua agli ospiti all’arrivo, soprattutto per chi arriva la sera e non trova supermercati o bar aperti, specie se si viaggia in aereo. Sarebbe una piccola attenzione molto apprezzata e non esosa.

The location was nice, and the beds were comfy! The kitchen had all the amenities, and was very clean!
There were some ants in the bedroom and there was prior trash in the trash can under the sink.

Warm inside, hot water, pretty fridge, breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast, just some croissants, bread, jams and cereal but that was fine. Welcome drink, clean apartment. Alright price.
To start off, host can’t speak english, so the communication is hard. Even started calling me and talking in Italian like I had any idea what she was saying. Overall the place, no wi-fi, but that was okay because we had data. Until there wasn’t even service and we had to go outside.
There was also a dead pigeon outside of the bedroom window without a head with a bone sticking out. The smell was horrible.
We agreed on that we didn’t feel good there the last night. Some felt a little off, scared and a little uncomfortable. I even had nightmares.
For under 18 visiters:
The place has no info if it’s all ages or 18+ and at 10pm (few hours after the check-in) the host started calling me that she just realized that none of us are 18 and that it’s a problem. Started demanding some parent approval documents and so on.
