About this villa rental

A short distance from scuba diving, windsurfing, and more, this pet-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 5-minute drive to Phaistos or the 6-minute drive to Palace of Phaistos (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 958-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a living room, a BBQ grill, air conditioning, and local meal delivery service. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and cookware. We stayed in one of the three villas in August 2023 and we didn’t want to leave! The villa was immaculate for our arrival and it was so beautifully decorated inside. We spent days by the pool and the location is so peaceful but you are only 5 mins walk from the little village of Sivas which has an amazing butcher, great restaurants and a local mini market too. The location of the villa is perfect. The best thing about this villa is the owner Sofia - she was amazing and so welcoming. She answered any question we had really quickly and anything we needed she helped us. Thank you Sofia for making our holiday so memorable - we hope to come back one day! If you are looking for a villa for 4 in this beautiful area of Crete really don’t hesitate to book this villa.
